Here's hoping we do before the floors get re-done - as that oil based coat puts off enough toxicity to kill a lot of things and I'm not trying to have a dead animal in the walls with a new tenant.

I would venture to say, like @Tom Gimer suggested, you should visit the neighborhoods where you'll be "lending" in the daylight and I would add, bring a big coat.

They give you enough for two coats, but I recommend putting a thick coat on and being done, the stuff melts into itself, careful not to drip.

Then, somebody that wants to upgrade in the future can easily pull the existing wires out of the conduit, pull thicker wires into the conduit, and install a larger breaker and outlet.The 240 V circuit in the garage may also be interesting for a future tenant that wants to run a welder or a big air compressor in the garage - somebody that likes to work on cars or build things at home.From what I remember in art class, sometimes the kiln runs for several hours.

While my dog didn't do any physical damage when we rented (he would never), I definitely bathed him in the nice warm shower at least twice a month rather than paying for an outside dog wash or an outdoor hose, and I had no problem playing fetch with him up and down the carpeted hallway rather than getting on my rain coat and taking him outside for play time in the rain.
