Your just not familiar so it seems strange or unique or disgusting to you but you now you know .. its routine and to be expected if you want personal banking relationships and not do business with a computer..

It sounds strange but if FHA states their DTI is 50% a bank can actually have say "our FHA loans will only be 40%".  

Properties with Condo Fees are usually the death null for the deal....and those that are telling you it's a good deal have a strange definition of a good deal.

Very strange. 

My business partner and I have been trying all week to purchase our first investment property since 2005, and we have run into a strange problem: Wholesalers want to assign their contracts to us, but they don't want show us the original purchase contract they have with the seller for the property.

Carpet works best in a condo for noise reduction, and you may have to deal with some strange rules.

I found it strange that rent to value ratios were pretty good while at the same time property values were not appreciating quickly.
