Has anyone stolen wiring or plumbing from the house? 

I found out 2 yrs later after squatters and the copper being stolen, and I am not currently in the position to fix it up along with the burden of all the tax liens and city citations.

We had the photographer in as soon as the work was finished which was a good thing since all the appliances were stolen three days later.  

If I remember correctly the concern was that others have had their homes broken into and equipment stolen during the rehab.

They recently had their dropbox compromised and a tenant's $500 money order (MO) was stolen.

Both of us work full time and have crazy jobs that put us on planes frequently.  650 hours stolen from weekends here and there and one year in we are done! 

The law enforcement agency receiving such abandoned property report must record the date on which the abandoned property report is filed with such agency and shall promptly make an inquiry into the national crime information center and any statewide Missouri law enforcement computer system to determine if the abandoned property has been reported as stolen.

That said, the whole world (almost) of capital gains is eligible for deferral -- short or long term gain, sales of property, businesses, stock, bitcoin, art, etc. 

In between the houses often get broken into and everything stolen, including wiring 8n the walls. since mine are all connected I now only rent to artists.

But now someone has stolen my AC unit haha.
