Looks like a raw deal to me.

(Last time I bought a ball/receiver for my pickup I noticed they had different weight ratings for both the receiver and ball, I just bought the highest they offered at Tractor Supply in both categories...do not have a goose neck hitch installed.)Sorry for the question is the wounds are still raw - would like to learn from what happened as I tow from time to time.  

I am interested in map/location IDXs which can be run on hand held devices.Also, are there MLS sites which will allow me to download raw data for "FREE"?

Otherwise, one of the three will get a raw deal (and it's likely you, out-of-state investor).

I bought a piece of raw land 2 years ago and since the value has increased substantially.

If a raw land parcel was sold at a profit, with the seller owning this parcel for more than 1 year, with the seller being in a 15% tax bracket ( from regular job ), would there be a capital gains tax liability ?

We have everything from residential, multi family, raw land and commercial properties available.
