Here’s how we handle applications:Income Verification: We require proof of income that’s at least three times the monthly rent, verified through six recent pay stubs and a detailed employment verification process.

He will live there and watch over the three teak locations and animals.Got the site and pad ready. 

We are filling up fast for the 2023 season but I can always squeeze in a few more folks from the bigger pockets family :D 

I remember with my SFRs in the beginning, it seemed liked anytime I spoke to my PM there was an issue that required more money out of pocket.

If a guest stays for one week in July, the owner can't legally rent to another guest until August and must leave their unit vacant for three weeks.

To have standardized increases would either take money out of your pocket or create turnover.
