I'd be afraid that I wasn't getting my rent and the banks going to foreclose on my house because I've turned my real-estate business into a not for profit charity.The next one might be worse but if he is it's because you didn't pick the right tenant.Having to kick your neighbor out won't be fun, but that's one of the pitfalls of owning a multi unit while living in it.If it was easy anybody could do it.Now go do it and let us know how it went.We've got your back.Good Luck
