I didn't go to the beach last year, I didn't go to any wineries, I missed out of birthday parties,  sleeping in is merely a dream.. it's a lot of sacrifices.Definitely agree with Kyle-- house hacking a fourplex is the smartest,easiest and fastest way to get there!!

It has taken me 6 months to really get acclimated to the areas down here, since moving here back in December, so I would never give that task to a VA.To your second question - yes there are some things that agents can be reported for but unfortunately all that happens in cases like this are mere "hand slaps" so it's not worth the time/effort.

I merely told him I get 14 day closings, I never told him I need a 14 day closing or I won't buy the home.

I've seen huge discounts merely because they were asked for.

Since I'm no expert on the matter I merely explained the basics on how it works and it got his attention.
