Once selected I'll be booking my flights and spending some time in each city hopefully meeting some quality people that I can work with and bring value too. 

Typically extra costs you will see would be flights to come to the us to set up banking, trips to a us embassy to have items notarized, and additional tax prep costs.Just some general points to consider.

However, we do have cheap flights that run about 12 times a day.

Saves them money but if the landlord isn’t aware of it or know how to handle it the pilots/flight attendants get super cheap housing and you get a majorly worn out home when they move out.

I understand wanting to invest in your backyard its convenient(especially on days when my flights are delay or cancelled or when I was stuck sleeping in the airport terminal next to Chick-Fila)  but with all these changes I'm even more glad I decided not to invest in my local market.

Abbotsford does have an airport with flights to many larger cities.

And there was one time when I was vacuuming a flight of stairs before listing it that I swear I saw a shadow come up from behind me, and when I swung my body around there was nothing there.I'm not saying I think the house was haunted or that I saw a ghost or apparition (although I'm pretty sure that shadow wasn't a figment of my imagination,) but I certainly didn't plan on getting freaked out everytime I was alone in that house.
