Hi Everyone,I'm wondering what the best strategy is to build up cash relatively quickly?

I intend to start out with wholesale and flip deals, but my long-term goal is to build up a portfolio of rental properties.

Since I’m fairly new I’m trying to build up my contact list.

My current plans are to keep flipping to build up some cash and then start moving to more buy and hold rentals.

Anyone know of any title companies that are investor friendly that close in King and Pierce counties?

Some other investors may sit on their under-performing rentals for years without taking action...You're in the enviable position to have considerable equity build up to work with elsewhere, and there are many opportunities in Phoenix to do that.
