Hi All, I have been researching the idea of putting together a STR portfolio and eventually raising capital once I can create a predictable system around buying and Cash flowing these assets.

I was looking to have it convert to a long-term mortgage and eventually cash out refinance to build a second duplex once enough equity built up 

I eventually used a DSCR loan.

But you cannot practically plan for every eventuality.

Would love to hear if you find a good agent and if you eventually decide to take the plunge and invest in this market!

Right now my head is swimming with all this new content, but I'm optimistic that things will eventually slow down.
