My team is motivated, but I am going to have to be much more disciplined with my snacking to lose any serious weight.

Of course I don't want to forfeit $29,700 in the first 15 years, but knowing that I will have an additional $99,000 the following 15 years seems pretty awesome.I know that I could more or less do that by paying an extra on a 30-yr, but I would have to pay more per month to make it happen and it would require more discipline.

But even if the market were easier than it is right now, being successful always takes maximum effort, discipline, and persistence, especially in real estate.

Be discipline over time and learn as much as you can and talk to smart people.  

Disciplined investing never allows for easy spending.

@Rob Sasser That discipline is a great inspiration when I, too, feel the pressure to throw every extra dollar at lowering my student debt.

So to answer your questions, there's actually a boatload of money in being an agent, it's just about mastering your systems and being disciplined.

I'm a hard worker, very disciplined, prior miltary I think with the right memtor I could be a very good real estate investor.

I am here in Washington so I don't know anything about the Colorado market, but at this point I feel as though you should practice RAD- that means repitition, accountability and discipline. 

Discipline is always front and center.
