we used to just do residential loans but my eyes and the owners eyes were always looking at bigger and better things.well we started doing international project funding for construction projects such as hotels, casinos, and condo developments (and of course the raw land projects in costa rica everyone seems to love).a few months ago my boss got rid of our residential side and now it is just the two of us.

Through our vast networks we do a lot of financing deals, buy/sell side of hotels/casinos/bulk REO, import export, trading commodities, and entertainment.

They're great and my only problem is that you cannot record conference calls, which is silly considering it's all digital VOIP happening anyhow.

It does happen, but I've been using nothing but DIGITAL automatic set-backs for the last 15 years or more.Check with your community college and see if something similar is offerred.

Is this doable, I ask b/c that's the only way I can see people making 5 digit figures on assignment fees, of course I'm sure it can be done w/ bankruptcies as well.
