Like an athlete it is good to reinforce the fundamentals but I don't ever buy the upsell.

We are looking at a 2/1 duplex that is just a block or two away from the university athletic fields.

We just read the consumer recovery account page, They only pay a maximum of 50,000 per transaction.

So whatever the local notice requirement is for chattel in a local periodical would apply to give the leasehold notice to exercise the recovery of the chattel.
