Hello - I was looking through Craigslist and came across a Borrower who needed to borrow about 2/3rd the purchase price for a property, which is in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I want my profit NOW, not the hope of profit in a year or two.For gambling, I like Las Vegas.

In Vegas, there tend to be lots of jobs for good wages if you want to work, regardless of your skills.

To those who know Vegas and/or have experience renting investment property.........HELP!!!

I basically have a home in Las Vegas (2 years old) newly built in 2005 that I need someone to take over the mortgage.
