Vivan Bhalla Help me with deciding an area for my house hack
20 November 2023 | 24 replies
The only issue here is the possibilty of natural hazards and the increased insurance rate.Would love to get idea from people who have done house hacking in these areas or still investing to get an idea as it is very easy to use someone's plan and replicate it.Thanks in advance Here is my thought process would be , since you are FHA then1. your buying power is approx 500k-600k2. you listed personally where you personally like to live and work.3. since you do remote work, still you need to find a region where you can find job easily in case there's turbulence in economy and you get layoff, if you are in tech I would think area around huntsville, city/town outside bay area , Austin and/or RTP would be nice.
