Real Estate Agents will usually not show you properties with out a pre qual letter.Rates dropped this past week and look good whether you are going FHA or Conventional whether you are considering a 1-4 Unit owner occupied.Based on your pre-qual you can hone in on neighborhoods you can afford and identify properties.Let me know if you have any questions.Regards,Joe Scorese
