We use same color gray for the walls, same color LVP for the floor etc. 

Are your walls drywall?

Nice kitchens and bathrooms are great, but if all the mechanicals are old, electrical is outdated, and its all made up of plaster walls, you might as well gut it. 

Does the company have a maintenance person that will handle small repairs or will you become responsible for every hole punched in a wall or other thing that gets broken and damaged.

After years of banging my head against a wall looking for profitable multifamily deals, I concluded the space was significantly overheated and I branched out into self-storage and mobile home parks.
