When dealing with distressed properties with absentee landlords/investors, would you rather call them and tell them you've noticed their property and would like to purchase it, or would you rather send in a couple rounds of yellow letters and hope for the best?

Anyone have a good handwriting font that they've found works well for  yellow letters.

I'm currently writing my yellow letters and one of my leads is a trust.

1) send them some yellow letters or if your ok with cold calling like I am then look them up on spokeo and get their number.

First round I did in 3 weeks (about 330/week) with traditional yellow letters. 2nd round (postcards) will start this week.

Some of you might hate yellow letters or post cards, though they work, they stand out from the crowd.

Start doing postcards and yellow letters as soon as possible.Summary - I am speaking from experience.

My wife is getting frustrated and wants to immediately go to bandit signs, yellow letters (list source), web site formation, company name, LLC formation etc.

They are much like new agents, they mail out Yellow Letters, postcards, bandit signs, etc. and create a lot of prospects many times.
