I don't think $150-250/sq ft would be unreasonable.

. $980k.Type and location are definitely beneficial, but the work required is too time/cost consuming and seller's terms are unreasonable under the given circumstances.

As for such being a job, in a way you're partially right as I personally didn't expect to commit less than two years to this mentorship (if agreeable to that mentor) and I apologize if my understanding the value I possess (even if you personally are in disagreement) offended you or made you feel as if I was asking for something unreasonable.

Which isn't unreasonable, given how difficult it is to find an apartment here.

Don't work hard enough to succeed, work hard enough that it is unreasonable that you would not succeed.
