If someone is staying at my lakehouse because they want to teach their kid to fish, ill leave them a kids fishing pole, some bait/tackle and a guidebook. 

Watch and learn so you can decide whether you want to try tackling it on your own next time.

I listed on roomster.com but got nothing but spam and couldn't message without a paid account anyways so shut it down.Facebook doesn't have a "Room Only" property rental option that I can see so it's a 1bd/1bath house for rent and I put roommate wanted in the description.

It's illegal (See the TCPA - the Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and supremely obnoxious.EVERYBODY hates robocalls, ringless voicemails and spam texts. 

I can still source directly on my own but I've thrown my info out there a few times already to supposed wholesalers only to be spammed with deals that are CRAZY.

I keep getting spam from The Loan Guys, where they claim they don't look at your income and only at the performance of the property. 

My first inclination was that it was complete spam and to delete it.

Curious to know how have folks tackled this part.

So we try to tackle that blocker for them and get them going.
