I’ve watched a few videos on this and it sounds like, if done right by an attorney, you can still keep anonymity.  

Couple weeks ago a crook submitted a W-2 with all their & employer info center-justified.

This included adding a video game system (retro PacMan), adding central A/C, rehabbing backyard space to include life-sized outdoor games, grill, firepit & seating.Before hiring the PM, I did a thorough competitive analysis to determine where I could feasibly land revenue-wise if the property was fully maximized to its potential within the existing constraints (location) and with the PM fees. 

I've watched so many BP videos and not once has filing quarterly come up as opposed to annually..   

I actually put myself on pause before submitting an offer because of these issues and questions that come to mind.

Hey @Ali Farhat - I think your first step is to see how many units the building is zoned for to see if "BY RIGHT" you can add a unit in the basement without the need to go through the ADU program.You can submit a zoning certificate to the city of Chicago to understand the current situation. 

If pex then its a none issue, very inexpensive to replace all HOWEVER, the buyer SHOULD have known this BEFORE submitting the offer.

I had asked this current one about submitting multiple offers.

We took photos, made videos, and were told that they generally do not pay for electronics like TV's, electronic ice makers, and Air Conditioners since it is hard to prove who did the damage or when it was done.
