Hi i own commercial building with 6 1-bed and three retail stores in it and 2 1bed houses and sfh so im interested in networking in Des monies or ames or anywhere within 50 miles of Boone also looking to start group this fall in my area to find private lenders and investors in my market and community.

It’s a 3 bed, 1 bath renting for $1100 in a C/B- neighborhood.It could use some updating, but otherwise rentable.

I've got a 3 bed 2 bath rental just outside of Nashville in the Smyrna area, that's right down the street from a hospital.

We went from a 2 bedroom 1 bath home on a little under a half an acre to a 4 bed 3 bath home and an extra building the prior owners called the "pottery barn" that sits on 2.5 acres in town.

So, I have a 2 bed 1.5 bath house in a 5 unit townhouse (906 sq ft), 2 carports, with HOA.

Good afternoon and thanks for reading,I have the opportunity to purchase my neighbor’s house (4 bed/4bath/2 kitchens on 3.28 acres of timberland adjacent to prime BLM hunting grounds) in Walton, OR (about 40 miles outside of Eugene) and I need advice on securing capital for the rehab budget of approximately $80k-120k.Purchase price offered to me is $300k with a $50k downpayment and 5% interest with monthly payments and a 1-5 year term. 

I have a 3 flat in Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL that I am planning to list for sale in the next 3-6 months.Currently owner occupied in 1 unit (Duplex up, 3 bed 3 bath).The other 2 units (2 bed 1 bath each) are rented.I am wondering if it is more attractive to buyers to leave the 3 bed 3 bath unit vacant when I move out, or should I place a tenant in there and then list for sale?

I rented the top floor for 2200 per month for a 2 bed/1bath and the going rate for 2 beds was around 1800.

I do not know to say whether the 3 bed + den v 4 bed makes a difference but hard for me to believe it does not, unless it is commonly known that families can use dens as bedrooms? 

I am looking and buying a multifamily spot out there all 2 bed 1 bath units.
