I dont rent to smokers.

It was in good shape structurally, but very VERY dirty (smoker) and in need of some basic upgrades.

The results were she had an apt unit full of kids (suedo daycare) with the windows half opened because of the smokers.

How does one technically “screen” for “smokers of any kind”?

He's been extremely frustrated with it.Right now he is bringing it up to standards but there has been a LOT of deferred maintainence - 40k interior; 5k per unit (smokers in most the units), 10-15 exterior?
