Any realtors out there can suggest any and explain your experience with them?

I have heard of "bigger pockets" through several books I have read as well as podcasts that I have listened to.  

In my experience, there are a range of starting-off experiences, but one's experience is not always indicative of someone's desire/drive/commitment to pursue and thrive in real estate. 

Keep in mind, such an appraisal may not be able to be used by your lender, but perhaps you can request an appraiser with investment property experience (wherever they may be).

Read a few books on real estate investing to learn the power of leverage.

I've completed extensive rehab projects but had never ventured into ground-up construction before this experience, and I can honestly say it was a lot of fun.
