Having a high income or net worth ("global factors") doesn't seem to factor in (I imagine it would factor in if personal finances were negative though!).   

I come from the global B2B marketing world and I think that knowledge could help me succeed at whole selling.

My hypothesis is that Airbnb is significantly winning share and moving up the value chain in this geography... and it is this realization (possibly globally) that is leading to this verbo rebranding effort.

Hi Looking for exciting investment opportunities for a passive stream of income .For background I work for a global investment bank designing and managing market linked products.I have made two rental property investments close to NYC Metro area but the rental yield isn't that attractive as in other up and coming parts in the country.

So if there is ever a major global crisis and rates are already super low or negative when the economy was decent then governments have already played their cards in the good times.

They say "best economy ever" while saying any downturn domestically or globally will give them reason for a rate cut.
