Any other alternatives?

Hey community,It’s taken longer than expected but I’ve been moving forward with a potential off market deal with a 4 unit (garage could be rented as alternative space). 

DSCR loans offer alternatives for DTI/income and employment, but generally still have strict personal credit requirements. 

Borrowers that purchased during the last 24 months, particularly with alternative mortgages such as DSCR loans at elevated rates could see worthwhile refinancing scenarios in the very near term just as any early payoff penalties are expiring. 

@Vincent DonatoWhy bother when there are cheaper and portable alternatives like table fans?

Aren't there other alternatives to solve your sister's 250K debt problem?
