Destination-specific things like beach chairs/umbrella, beach cruiser bike are also helpful since most probably don’t travel with them to begin with. 

Being from the midwest and having and selling multifamily that is what I would do lol but there may also be something to buying 1 short term rental in a vacation destination and getting started on your short term dream.

To build a list of candidates, talk to property managers, cruise real estate investing sites, seek out local investors, etc.
