For some clarity here, I have been in some side discussions with other knowledgeable folks around foreclosure in Florida.  

There is no differentiation of travel expenses in Pub 527, and although Pub 463 discusses expenses as "business" expenses, it adds no clarity to this for me. 

I’ve never had to go to that extreme but will certainly provide clarity if it’s something you’re worried about. 

I'm looking to gain some clarity on if this type of financing is eligible for investment/LLC situations as again, I won't be living in these residences.
