I've recently sold a smaller (duplex) property and ultimately plan to reinvest those proceeds in a larger property - probably 6-8 unit scale with preferred location anywhere from south of seattle through tacoma.   

Tacoma/Pierce Co. - which was once considered the place to go for great deals - is now one of the nation's hottest markets as people from the Seattle area were looking to get more for their money by going south.

Building Movers and Contractors, we know that there are a lot of questions when it comes to house lifting, especially in areas like Long Island that were hit hard by Sandy.

You need to talk to some mobile home movers and contractors in the area to assess the condition of the existing units and the costs to repair.

Much cheaper than a PM and you have more control over them.Nathan I comment on Mindy's post.. while the pod casts for the movers and shakers out there are very encouraging for newer investors they tend to be self serving for the guest I E the guest is usually selling something etc..
