May be more difficult to get exactly what you want but there's also peace of mind knowing there's value add

A friend of mine and fellow investor has a debt free portfolio and his peace of mind when Covid & the shut downs happened was 100x anyone else who wasn’t sure if the market was going to crash or what.

I wake up peacefully , that may sound dumb but that’s just how I feel .

I always think of Wyoming as being beautiful and peaceful and only nice folks there, and my city (LA) and my former city (New York) as being the main places all the crazy folks are.

My why is my mom and creating the ability to care for her (she has dementia) I want to take care of my family, allow us to live well and have peace of mind!

If the inspectors she uses get most of their work through her and something is "gray area" not good, it seems like the scales could easily tip to my realtor (who naturally would prefer a bump free closing) and maybe that gray area thing doesn't get mentioned or is minimized, etc.It's a lot more work to hunt down someone reputable and reasonable on my own, but there's a lot more peace of mind knowing that I'm the point person that their primary allegiance is with.

I've read a few books already (including the ones suggested above), but I think the best thing for me now might be to use a gc for peace of mind.

I hired him because I was looking for a "peace of mind".
