But you could also ask the department for a recommendation because there are some very durable epoxy type coatings you paint on old decks, ReNew?

When finished the exterior is parge coated with quick dry cement which can be colored if desired.

Biz Cards - Yes I like the gloss or aquos coating on the front side, but like Quarles said, the back side should be left for note taking, so do not GLOSS it.

Its move in ready (with a coat of fresh paint) is it worth picking up?

The best resource that used to be available was a little book by George Coates, "Smart Trust Deed Investing in California" now out of print (eBay?).

The one I found had been built in 1978, it was an easy build, just an open steel framed building, the kind you hear advertised pretty cheap & a concrete floor, the rink area had a coating over the concrete, but not wood.

I would just replace the rotten wood, freshen it up with a coat a paint and keep it as a storage shed.

No problems there just a bit thicker floor than usual.
