Those who are able to change and adapt to new circumstances survive and those who are unable will go out if business.

I am NOT a doomsday person, after 40 years I have seen and survived successfully in many downturns.

When and where do you choose to give 100% ownership to the lone surviving couple?

With 22 apartments of my own and no dependents, I have enough scheduled passive income to survive a downturn in the brokerage industry if, and this is a big if right now, tenants pay their rent on time. 

But for Airbnb owners that don't have the reserves and want to keep their places, I'd take a loan to float you through a few months and survive to fight another day.  

Many small or medium size companies are just never going to be able to survive this depending on how long we go.

What about the person who normally works in the busy bar in a restaurant, surviving mostly off tips.

But sometimes we have to change our strategy according to the situation to Survive. 

Because of the effect the pandemic has had on local business, products and strategies will need to change to be updated to ensure their survival in any environment.When you look at real estate you see how many different professions and vocations are negatively affected.

But one of my former tenants poured gallons of Drano down the drain when it would clog and I’m hoping the old cast iron sewer pipe survived that.
