I have all the tools in place to be successful , strong team, market research, construction budget/schedule and exit strategy but they will do me no good without start up capital.I have been building in Austin Texas for the past 10 years so I have the construction process covered, I just need to find $$

stunning to see such insane behavior...sue for this, sue for that...why don't they sue the inspector who didn't mention it, or the AC manufacture because there is a leak, or the freon manufacture because their  product is leaking, etc.

I was stunned how much the Vegas RE market had turned in such a relatively brief period of time.As an aside - my agent told me that the buyer was a Vegas local that had bought ~20 properties in the last 30 days.

Another landlord told me about this and I'm stunned at how well a $20 incentive on $1100 in rent works at motivating the rent to appear.

Designated campsites will be leased by Proactive Properties or its nominee (Owner/Lessor) to campers (Lessees) who will purchase and install PDC-approved geodesic domes, tiny homes, tents or other non-permanent dwelling types.

Place them in protected spots and put domes over them to prevent from being broken or stolen.
