Make sure your strengths compliment each other and are not the same.

I would say examine what your desired outcome is, sure everyone would love to save the management fee; but is management your strength?

I explored many different mentorship programs and in their own right each one has some strengths.

My vision for the property is clear (my strength), however I am lacking the commercial multifamily experience and deep pockets to jump in, so I'd love some help as I see good potential for this property.

What strengths you have, how much risk you are willing to take on.

But honestly one of my strengths is problem solving, and I love taking houses that are a total mess and making them beautiful.

I use D&R Property management since this is not my area of strength. 

As a very new REI, taking into account many of the strengths I bring to REI and my weaknesses.

What are your interest, what are your strengths, what are your resources available to you that will help you with your real estate journey that to me is where you figure out best what route to take.

I feel like that's one of the great strengths of BP.
