Airbnb does actually have a host meetup portion of the site but I have never used it. 

Almost every host has experienced it, a high maintenance guest that you go the extra mile for and reports nothing wrong during the stay, but then posts a hyper critical review as if they are Gordon Ramsay reviewing a restaurant.I have always opted to just not post a reply, especially since we have over 50 great reviews on both sites.

At this point, we are three years in, and have learned that you sometimes have to have thick skin (grit) in dealing with tenants, managers, and RV site visitors; while maintaining a sense of humor and humility.

When I was first on this site I would advised against paid education, I saw it as all grossly overpriced and unecessary.

There were posts on this site as well.

And now we also have better marketing in place on socials and a have a direct booking site, plus we are open all year long so word of mouth is improving.
