One big reason I enjoy using Cozy is that it's easily scalable.

As for "mainstream" it's all about funding, marketing and "scalability"; Airbnb has all three.

There's a lot more too it, such as scalability limitations too.  

I want to build a scalable and sustainable supply of cashflow while making a difference in communities. 

It's just not conducive for quick scalability.  

Are you writing these manually or using a scalable, efficient process (software) to save you time and potentially money?

If you definitely insist on wholesaling, then starting with D4D and doing a direct mail campaign for scalability, or door-knocking if you want lowest cost and are a people person.Lotta questions though, do you have buyers yet?

The cold call and can-do attitude will get you far.Now I hope you can systematize your direct mail so that it's scalable and efficient, and cost-effective!

@Chase Keller I think from a value add perspective, you are right there might be more potential and scalability when you have to play with....i.e. 

However, it sounds like if the laws are favorable in my area, and I don't mind the work and the fact it may not be scalable, it can be a great idea.
