Hello, new here and have some questions for you all.I'm looking to get into multi family homes / duplex housing landlord, or to actively live in one side and have a roommate for the other side. 

So I thinks it's a a lot of unrelated room mates and what I gathered by talking to the neighbors there are 7 cars that park there and their immigration status is questionable. 

Young couples. room mates, and singles love parts of NorthEast.  

He lives at home with parents and I live in a cheap apartment with roommates so that would not be a problem.

You could probably get that to positive if you took on a roommate, though...

Possibly only a little bit if I live with a roommate.

Think of those hours every day you could be networking, exploring properties, going to real estate investor club meetings, dating, exercising...Find a CHEAP rental though - get a roommate even.
