What platform do you use to send it out?

Major platforms like Airbnb now remit these taxes directly to the city, which simplifies the process but places more scrutiny on unpermitted listings. 

I do a rent by room strategy, and I use a tenant application platform (Turbo Tenant which I love) but they're having trouble inputting their info....Is there another way to verify income, credit score etc with a foreign visa?

The leads are marginally better than other lead platforms like Zillow. 

I'm looking for a skip trace platform and seen these two as an option.

You can charge higher rates than a traditional long-term lease, but ensure your pricing aligns with the demand in your area.Marketing: Platforms like Furnished Finder, Airbnb (for longer stays), and even Zillow can help you get exposure.

I encourage it to all my clients and have switched some from condos to them.
