Also, mere arrest can no longer be considered in a background check.While disparate impact was important in the low income housing tax credits case that gained Supreme Court recognition for the concept, it was not a Fair Housing or a zoning context.

I don't know who or what kind of attorney would charge $3,000 for merely a consultation...I think there may have been some sort of miscommunication there.

I am just taking the slant of how an investor looks at these deals.. as I have been working with investment funds and investor for many decades... so I kind of have a pulse on how the majority thinks about these deals.. and as such again my personal opinion is buy and hold is not that difficult to do by any stretch so the value proposition from the work partner is not that valuable given a mere 10% return on 100% investment into the deal.. just is not in the real world of attracting a capital in any appreciable amount.. 

Assume a mere 2% inflation, your debt devalues at that same rate.

Will you merely brainstorm ideas or really and truly take the action to test your marketing theories?

Do any current investors have opinions on whether it's worth it to focus on paying off a property rapidly like this as opposed to merely taking it slow and gradually building equity?
