But I'd be planning on booking a ton of flights to Detroit with the intention of spending a lot of time there to learn the market, or to find a PM whom you can trust. 

I am from Southern California ,me and another investor booked flight to Columbus&Cleveland, Ohio on the second week of September, we need to plan out some tours and meetings so we make the most out of our trip.

And while I have spent LOTS of time in Honolulu and Maui  ( my parents live on Maui for years) I get island bound everything is a 5 hour or more flight so that would not do it for me either.. 

So, with all of them still in bed, and the lead dude that spoke the most english not responding over the AirBnB messenger, I had to go into my room with the dude sleeping in my bed, grab my flight suit and boots out of my closet, and hurry to work.

After a light conversation, I literally wrote him a check and caught a flight the next day.

@Dave Foster - replied to your PM@Scott Jensen - good points on taxes although I am hoping I can keep this bird in flight for awhile! 

@Janine Kelbach instead of doing a for sale sign or flyers, get a bandit sign with “Coming Soon... another top flight fix up by Janine” (okay, something better than that, just suggesting a concept, there is a reason I pay a marketing service).

Ever-expanding commercial flights out of Paine Field are a HUGE plus for the area.

I'm considering going but I'd have to fly there and it'd cost me a cheap Southwest Flight.

All it takes is one introductory flight to get you hooked!
