I've been expanding my business investments and interests. 

I'm seeking to be in an environment with like minded individuals to learn and network to grow my portfolio and eventually network to collaborate on larger deals once I have a better understanding of the commercial side. 

The platform aims to provide investors with everything they need to run and scale a successful real estate investment business in one place.

We both run our own businesses but we feel that real estate will help make sure we both maintain our life plans of not needed to work as much any more.

I own the property free and clear and i use the equity as part of my business line of credit.

I focus heavily on the sell side and on the buy side only work with high net worth individuals so the newbie wanting a 400k multifamily with an FHA loan probably isn't for me. 

So some may say $30k is not worth it but I know others that launched successful syndication businesses from it.
