@Daray Olaleye im a newbie and building up my buyers list and i have a question that no one seems to understand, if/when i have a strong buyers list I'd like to co-wholesale/jv with another wholesaler.

She genuinely cared about my situation and worked hard to ensure that I got the best possible outcome.From the minute I hired her, she was 1000% dedicated to analyzing every single detail and protecting my interests.

Our current market (Phoenix metro) is overpriced for flippers or fix to rent but I am on the lookout for a wholesaler that is finding deals that pencil in our market.
