I don't know what that means in terms of coverage if say your house burns down, could the insurance company not pay out a claim due to you having more than 1 family living in a "single" family house.

I would spend a few hours painting the bathroom pale gray, paint the vanity darker gray and an inexpensive all chrome handle,  add some towels in turquoise or yellow and a shower curtain to match (but leave it open) or something.

CA  the one in Shasta area is devastating the ones in Lake co are primarly burning off BLM brush land but have gotten into areas of nicer forest land.. the Ranch I grew up on in Lake Co was in the Path and I just talked to my brother and the entire 1,500 acres the fire ran through..
