had a nice, young solider  (we're very pro military) ..and then 1 month in, the tenant shows us pictures of obviously baby roaches in the oven.. 100% disgusting.   

Whe I suggested she put on some clothing she retorted "that's BULLSH*T!!".

I verbally warned her when she moved in to make sure she ran the A/C periodically to keep it dry, but she hasn't, and recently she found mold on a lot of her shoes and clothing.
