Im a newby investor no deals yet but im interested in Residential assisted living homes.

I hope the people impacted by these events get some assistance.  

It's a huge upfront investment but I see the value in what I discussed with his assistant.

John and Glen Polo , their agent, has been very courteous and attentive in assisting me with these specific concerns.

Hes amenable to moving, but I'm sure he's try to get "moving assistance or a waived last months rent" since his original lease doesn't have it in there (I used Bigger Pockets CA lease- maybe I missed it)

I have an attorney in Illinois (Sottile and Barile) who we use that might be able to provide some assistance on this as it could get complex in regards to the situation - especially if any of the current deed holders have children involved.

So, we are somewhat covered.My employer has an Employee Assistance Program that includes some legal help.

To overcome these hurdles, consider FHA loans, down payment assistance programs, and rental markets with strong rent growth.Good luck!
