While it is possible to do one or two circuits at a time the labor/time cost would go up drastically and the tenant would not be happy.Replacement will involve trenching or removal of the drywall/plaster, fishing wires all over the home, patching and sanding of the repairs and paint.

I might be able to patch in the old wiring in the attached Garage (1/1) and have it rentable; however, the detached garage efficiency has mold damage and most of the wiring had been removed or hacked into.
