You need to get in front of things like cleaning, dishes, mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, etc.

I was just hoping to sell it before it starts snowing because plowing can be a pain and fewer people come out to look at houses in crappy weather...and who knows where the market is going right now.   

I'm looking to refine how I'm managing my STR in Lake Arrowhead, and I feel like I'm looking for the holy grail - namely, a reliable, efficient team of partners I can rely on (cleaner, handyman, snow clearing, and general "can't open the door" assistance).

Having said that, to maintain the yards in the summer and snow shoveling in the winter, I’m considering levying a $20/month yard maintenance fee to take care of it all.  

Does anyone have any recommendations for a snow removal company?

For those who invest in the Midwest and there’s snow for so many months of the year.

I really don't want to take a tractor down there every time it snows and clear the roads every time it snows, but that may be the best option for now....?

.$3-400 for snow removal....$1200 repairs/maintenance....other utilities paid by tenants...all seperate meters.

A few years ago we had a major snow and ice storm that knocked power out to like 40,000 people.
