I started having conversations with land use lawyers and the almost unanimous advice was, if you don't want to be a lawyer, don't bother with law school.  

In this type we need to make unanimous decisions to change from the operating agreement, so it better be spelled out pretty well!

The advice seems pretty unanimous and since nobody said I should charge them to replace all the cabinets I'll let go of that idea.

 @ Joe Hudson I listed back in May and I've been seeing price drops pretty unanimously since that time, so I wondering the same thing.

It specifically prohibits an amendment, without the unanimous consent of the units’ owners, from changing: (1) the boundaries of any unit; (2) the allocated interests of a unit; or (3) the uses to which any unit is restricted.

@Patrick M Nichols And as I've clearly explained before, I have not only run this by a real estate attorney with 26 years of experience, I have also discussed it with members of the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.Their unanimous opinions as well as a reading of the plain text of the law state that in order to represent a property that you don't already own is a license-required activity in Massachusetts.Whether you want to deny that or not is up to you.
