Can they be listed alongside other traditional MLS listings?

How can they definitively say that VA loans can be assumed for investment when there is so much out there saying otherwise?

I used to do this what you talked about but the numbers are much better and easier to control and you can bet premium infill sites compared to where you can purchase. you can refinance on a DSCR and continue to do it over and over
