Super easy to build, very intuitive, has a free trial, and separates prospects easily.

Some of the instructors are very knowledgeable and there seems to be genuine interest in the student success but there's an intuitive feeling that something's off.

My intuition tells me that if they were rehabbing a property in poor condition, they surely must have known that water was leaking into the basement.

Ya man I tell ya I still haven't learned to listen to that intuition.

It may seem counter intuitive, but the basics of real estate mentioned above are actually MUCH more important for long term success than the knowledge of any one technique or strategy. 

Better interface that is more intuitive and easier to automate, while VRBO hasn't been redesigned since 2005 and I have to click around a lot more to find the basic info I need to prepare for the booking (set door codes, automated welcome messaging, etc). 

All that being said, when the system works it is pretty intuitive and easy to use.

What seems more intuitive for me is that these are the homes that just happen to have so far been ignored by other investors, or else passed over for better deals, since a small group of investors cannot snatch up all of the deals (otherwise why would this forum exist haha).

Just started playing around with it a bit...Wish their interface was a bit more intuitive or user friendly.

I know it's counter intuitive, but these cheaper markets, C properties with higher cash flow are definitely a more advanced strategy.
